Once you have been admitted to Nufactor’s care, your PCC becomes your main point of contact, after your first shipment. Your PCC will continually provide one-on-one support throughout your infusion therapy, including:

• Placing orders.
• Tracking and confirming all shipments.
• Scheduling infusions with your nurse.
• Addressing non-clinical issues or concerns (and facilitating transfer to a clinician to address clinical issues or concerns).
• On-going assessments to check on infusion therapy and status updates.
• And more…
